The track was opened in February, 2008.

• Designing of refregiration supply system;
• supply and installation of the refregiration station, gutter piping installation, monitoring and production control systems rigging, CO₂ storehouse;
• start-up and adjustment of the installed systems.

For the first time in the world's practice of building such tracks a method of designing the chute shapes with the help of a computer programme developed by Russian scientists was utilised. The chute consists of a heat insulation layer, reinforced-concrete profile containing copper pipes of refrigerating brine.
